Shahrukh Khan Detained at US airport for two hours


The United States has done it again. Actor Shahrukh Khan was detained for at least two hours early Saturday morning at the Newark airport in the United States. He was reportedly released after two-hour grilling.

According to reports, the actor was detained after his name was flashed on the computer. Khan was repeatedly asked about the purpose of the visit.

Khan, who is on a visit to the US to attend an Indian Independence Day event as the guest of honour, was released after Congress MP Rajiv Shukla intervened.

Actors Kamal Haasan, Mammooty were also detained in US airports on previous occasions.
